Anti-Fraud Policy.
It has come to our notice that some customers are using other people’s bank accounts to pay for orders without their consent. We will only process refunds to accounts bearing the billing information in the order. We will not refund money into an account with information different from what is in the billing address. For example, if an order is put in for John Clark, and you request a refund to Flyn Hopkins account, we will not process such a refund. We must refund the money to John Clark’s account. This is to prevent identity theft and bank fraud which has been on the rise. On that note, please attach a clear photo of your Drivers License carrying the same billing information in the order to your refund form. Without this verification document, we will not process your refund. Refunds are usually processed immediately all requirements are received.
Our returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You will cover the delivery charges for the returning item.
